Chia seeds have become one of the most popular super -foods in health community,its loaded with nutrients -omega 3,fiber,protein .It is very easy to digest when prepared properly and are a very versatile ingredient thats add easily to the recipe .
For Chia seeds pudding-
- 1/2 cup -Coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp-Chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp-Honey
For Fruits Plate –
- 1 piece- Kiwi
- 2 pieces- strawberry
- Coconut chip
- Pour coconut milk,chia seeds and honey in to a glass bowl or container,whisk it for a while and place this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight to let gel .(Pudding is done 😜)
- Now take a serving plate ,place kiwi on the plate then add chia seed pudding and add strawberries.
- Garnish it with some coconut chips and basil 🌿.
- You can add almond milk or whole milk or coconut water to soak chia seed to make pudding .
- you can choose nuts and fruits of your choice.i.e blue berries,oranges ,apples ,walnut ,sunflower seeds etc .
